are planning their first ever pop up dining event in the beautiful barn of the popular Norfolk wedding venue,
Elms Barn, Toft Monks.
Jason Wright, Executive Chef has created the below 4 course Tuscan theme menu and Derek Robertson of Lea & Sandeman wine merchants along with proprietor Andrew have paired their ultimate Tuscan wine choices.
Traditional Tuscan Salad of Tomatoes and Bread
Tagliatelle, Wild Boar Ragu, Pecorino Cheese
Bistecca alla Fiorentina
Beefsteak, Florentine Style – Sirloin and Fillet
Chestnut & milk chocolate ganache, Fritelle de Riso
Tuscan Rice fritter
To excite your pallet, on arrival you’ll be welcomed with fizz and Tuscan snacks before being seated at your table for more snacks, followed by the 4 course Tuscan tasting experience. Your glasses will be filled with plenty of paired Tuscan wines and Derek will be there on the night to chat to you about his choices.
