Followed by a fun, dynamic Vinyasa flow for all, connecting movement with the breath, creating space for your own experience and explore your awareness. With restorative Hatha Yoga using elements from Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda to aid in balancing the body safely and creating deep relaxation and harmony
SOUNDBATH: Immerse yourself in the healing relaxing world of sound where sacred musical instruments are played over and around offering reinvigorating powerful sensations. You may dream, go on a journey or simply enjoy a deep rest
