Excellence in Customer Service
A relaxed luxury Hotel in Norfolk, happy customers are essential to our success. Our customer service strategy is ‘Excellence in Hospitality’; and our motto is ‘Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend.’ Every member of staff buys into that ethos.
Our team at The Norfolk Mead is what makes us so special. We employ staff with the right personality, experience and trainability to fit with the team. Led by owners James and Anna, our close-knit team is a true family unit and includes not just front of house but the kitchen team, events team, treatment room therapists, maintenance, housekeeping and more. We have a customer-centric, service-based approach providing excellence in luxury hospitality. As a top boutique Hotel, our customer service is tailored for every guest; nothing is too much trouble. From the welcome packs for room guests with fresh homemade brownies on arrival, to bespoke spa treatments, anniversary and birthday cards and dessert slates, and freshly made food for all dietary needs.
We advise all our guests to call us directly with their requirements as we can always find a solution to delight our customers. We are always open to residents and non-residents for tea and coffee in the lounge, lunch (including one of the best Sunday lunches in Norfolk!), afternoon tea, dinner, cocktails in our bar, spa treatments and hire of our day boat.
