A local, family-run farm
The Hirst family have been farming in Norfolk for four generations.
We initially spent most of our days both farming and running our popular Hirsty’s Fun Park.
The premises officially opened in May 2021, with Rob’s grandfather John Hirst cutting the ribbon to open the Farm Shop & Café to the public. The rest is history!

Farm Shop
The Farm Shop team are champions of quality. They ensure that our produce is the freshest of the fresh – and they’re experts at coming up with seasonal recipes.
Our Cafe – Serving delicious food for the whole family, 7 days a week.
We have a large menu available with new options being added regularly.
If you’re looking for a bright and wholesome café (with fresh, tasty food) – we’d love to welcome you to Hirst’s. Our hot and cold food is freshly prepared, using home-reared or locally sourced ingredients.
From light bites to farmers’ fry-ups, to Aberdeen Angus burgers, ham and chutney sandwiches, seafood platters and pork chops, there really is something for everyone!
Using home-reared, homemade and locally-sourced ingredients, you’ll be eating good and doing good.
We also serve breakfasts, lunches, sweet treats, children’s meals and daily specials (pop in to see what our specials are!). A great choice for the family, we also cater to dietary requirements – just let us know if you have any when you arrive.

Our kitchen is where the magic happens. This team has over 40 years experience – and each member is as passionate about serving delicious home-cooked meals as the next.

We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients. So, our menu is subject to change due to seasonality and availability.
Remember that everything you enjoy in our café can be recreated at home using the fresh produce we supply in our farm shop.

What makes our menu extra special? Our wide selection of fresh fish dishes that we lovingly prepare using produce from our Dabs n Crabs counter – an added benefit of being so close to the coast. Since 2021, Team Dabs n Crabs have been serving you a variety of delicious wet fish, shellfish and smoked fish. They’re happy to pack up a selection of Cromer crabs, fish platters and much more – just for you.
Did you know: on the first Sunday of every month, we plate up mouth-watering roast dinners? There are also unique menus and afternoon tea treats for Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and other special occasions.

Hirsty’s Family Fun Park
Just down the road from our Farm Shop & Café, we have our fantastic family fun park!
