We take pride in sourcing our ingredients from the finest local suppliers. In Briston, we are fortunate to have two fantastic meat suppliers: H V Graves, a renowned butcher with a counter in Bakers & Larners and their own shop and herd in the village, and Duncan Jeary, who raises a pedigree herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle right across the field from our pub restaurant.
