Our Ethos
At Wild Craft Brewery, we’re committed to doing things differently. We forage as many of our ingredients as possible while supporting the local economy through partnerships with nearby suppliers. We give back by planting hedgerows and working closely with local farmers, schools, and community groups. We’re passionate about supporting independent pubs, helping them thrive as vital community hubs. Above all, we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible, keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum.
How It All Started
In 2015, Mike and Mark met in the most unlikely of places—an online game called Clash of Clans. They discovered a shared passion (and perhaps unfortunate love) for Norwich City Football Club and decided to meet up after a match at The Coach and Horses, a lovely local brewpub.
Over pints, Mike shared his dream of running his own brewery, creating beers with foraged ingredients and experimenting with bold flavours. But several obstacles stood in the way of making it a reality.
The two parted ways that evening, friends but with no idea what lay ahead.
Within a week, Mark called Mike with words that would change everything: “That premises you want—how big does it need to be?”
