As we expand we are looking to take on another Service & Installation Engineer in Norwich.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
(40 Hours per week)
Rota’d on call emergency support at weekends
20 days Holiday + Bank holidays 
Full Training provided by ourselves and our industry leading suppliers.
The role will involve programming Epos systems to the customers specification prior to installation and then maintaining support for said customer.
Responsibilities
• Contacting customers
• Working through customer requirement to program systems.
• Programming systems.
• Travelling to & installing systems (larger systems will involve 2 engineers)
• Assisting with support to the customer on & off site.
• Fault finding in customers’ systems.
• Assisting with sales
• Provide the highest level of customer service
The Candidate
• You must have a Full UK Driving license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• General computer / I.T Knowledge.
• Confident & Polite
