A bit of History
The Bull is in the picturesque Norfolk village of Little Walsingham, 30 sec walk from the Anglian Shrine of our Lady Walsingham. Only 4 miles inland from the North Norfolk coast, this area is steeped in history and ideally located as a base for exploring the North Norfolk coast. The beautiful sandy beaches of Wells-next-the-Sea can be accessed by the Wells and Walsingham Light Steam Railway only a few minutes’ walk from the hotel.
15th Century
Part of a range of 15th and 16th-century buildings on the Common Place (village square), the Bull Inn, thought to be the successor to an earlier inn on the site owned by the Priory.
